provided design services for a design-build contract to replace all
existing chillers, boilers, piping and controls in the basement
mechanical room at the Municipal Building.Project also includes replacement of electrical switchgear.Disciplines involved: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.The existing 2-pipe system was replaced with new 4-pipe
chilled water and hot water systems.Two 400-ton centrifugal chillers, two 40-Hp gas-fired
boilers, flat-plate heat exchanger (water side economizer), primary
and secondary chilled water pumps with variable speed drives, hot
water pumps, condensate return pumps, and DDC controls were
installed.The basement ventilation system was also upgraded to meet
ASHRAE 15 Standards.Project was completed on time and under budget.

State of Georgia. Mr. Davis is a 2004 graduate of the University of
Georgia and has been a member of the Landscape Architecture Department since
