Early Learning Center Albany State University Albany, Georgia Johnson, Laschober & Associates provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design for the new Early Learning Center. The Early Learning Center is designed to serve students ages 2 1/2 through preschool. It will serve as a research-learning laboratory providing Albany State University students opportunities to observe, work, or conduct research in early childhood behavior and development. The program includes three classrooms, observation rooms, a large general assembly classroom, an outdoor classroom, administrative offices, and a gallery space.
