Evans Towne Centre Evans, Georgia Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. provided civil and structural engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Evans Towne Centre, which consisted of a Publix supermarket, retail space, and restaurants. The Centre also developed out parcels for Taco Bell, McDonalds, a Circle K gas Station and a fifteen-theater movie theater (located behind the property.) JLA also designed the sanitary sewer system for this area and a Stormwater retention pond.
