Columbia County Library and Amphitheater Evans, Georgia Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. furnished the civil and structural engineering, master planning and landscape architectural design services for the new 50,000 SF public library as part of the Columbia County Government Complex in Evans, Georgia. The master plan includes the library and performing arts center, amphitheater, parking lots, a terraced garden, in addition to a children’s playground, paved walking trails and a pond with water feature.
