Main Street Median Landscape Newberry, South Carolina JLA provided all required topographic and utility surveying, preliminary design, landscape design, drip irrigation design, and storm drainage design and hardscape design required by the City of Newberry and South Carolina Department of Transportation. Johnson, Laschober & Associates acquired all SCDOT permits for the project. JLA also assisted the City of Newberry with presentation of the project to the adjacent businesses and other stakeholders. The project was partially funded by a TEP grant. The project has garnered much positive feedback from the community because of the improved aesthetics of the Main Street corridor. Project
was completed on time and under budget.
