North Main Street Streetscape and Retail Master Plan Columbia, South Carolina Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. provided landscape architecture and civil engineering consulting services for the new North Main Plaza and Streetscape project for the City of Columbia, SC. The project includes traditional storefronts, concrete and brick paver sidewalks, raised planters and traditional street lighting. For this project, JLA is currently providing landscape architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, construction administration services for the City of Columbia, SC.
