Pope Air Force Base North Carolina JLA provided architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design, plans and specifications for 240 family housing. This project included 168 units, two-story duplexes with 2 bedroom units, single car garages, aluminum siding and composition shingles. Design is functional, energy sensitive, and reflects the architectural character of the region. Includes basketball courts, jogging trails and tot lots, utilities, streets and all civil engineering and landscaping.
