Regions Bank Highlands, North Carolina JLA
provided civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering
services. The building
site presented difficult conditions, due to drainage and elevation
changes. The mountain
stream, which flowed through the site was rerouted.
The three pictures offer different views of the same bank. In the bottom left corner the mountain stream is illustrated
as well as the back view of the bank.
