Ronald Reagan Drive Streetscape Design Evans, Georgia JLA recently completed the design of approximately 1.2 miles of decorative sidewalks along Ronald Reagan Drive, a portion of North Belair Road. The design included landscape architecture and civil engineering services. The sidewalks and associated landscape design is a vital link to the creation of the new Evans Town Center. The project included decorative concrete sidewalks, handicap ramps, decorative crosswalks, signage, new storm drainage, relocated utilities and landscaping.
