JLA has provided design services on several projects at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

F-15 Student Officer Housing:  JLA provided the initial design, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. JLA developed the construction documents, reviewed submittals, and provided design solutions for all design issues during the construction phase. This design-build project consists of the construction of a 55,000 sf hotel, with handicap units and steam distribution and chilled water from central plant. The project facade is brick with architectural metal roof.

Aerospace Ground Equipment Facility and POD Storage:  JLA provided architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and construction administration services. This design-build project consists of the construction of two facilities. The Aerospace Ground Equipment Facility was 17,000 square feet. The POD storage was a 375 sf addition to Building 4711. Both Facilities were pre-engineered metal buildings with masonry and metal siding exteriors. POD was for storage of munitions and AGE was to give ability to maintain light tactical equipment with work rack, bridge crane, fueling station and parking and office space. Construction consisted of structural steel, standing seem roof, split face cmu and acoustical ceiling drywall.
