Vehicle Maintenance Facility Fort Gordon, Georgia Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. provided the Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture for this project. Design included compliance with LEEDS. Project disturbed area is 23.5 acres, site concrete paving is approximately 18 acres, asphalt paving is approximately 2 acres. The project also included the redesign of 107th Avenue adjacent to the project. The total cost of the project was approximately $18 million. JLA was responsible for approximately $6 million
